El Mexicano is the best mexican restaurant in Flagstaff to take your family to. They have a really wide selection to choose from, more variety than any other place in town. I have lived in Arizona all of my life (over 40 years) and have never eaten a better Chile Relleno, and the Carne Asada Enchilada is to die for! This is a neighboorhood restaurant and all of their dishes are made from scratch, not brought frozen from out of town. The prices are very reasonable and the people are all very nice.

Great food that gives off the southern tex-mex appeal. I found that the burritos didn't fill me up, so sometimes more than one entree may be needed which can get somewhat pricey.
